Workshop Policy
Prepayment Required: All workshop spots must be reserved and paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place.
Non-Refundable Fee: Workshop fees are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future session if cancellation occurs at least 14 days in advance.
Sales Tax: The workshop fee includes all supplies and instruction. Sales tax is applied to the
total cost, as required by law.

All leftover supplies used during the class or the workshop (frosting, sprinkles, extra cookies if any, extra edible items etc.) are yours to keep!

Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a one-time credit toward a future workshop.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop will not be credited or refunded.
- Participants who arrive more than 20 minutes late for the workshop/class, regardless of the reason, will not be admitted. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided.
- In the event the workshop is canceled by Desserts Without Regrets LLC, participants
- will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a different session.
Desserts Without Regrets LLC is not responsible for any allergies, injuries, or damages incurred during the workshop. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or special needs at least 21 days prior to the session.
